I have a wealth of experience and expertise in both residential and commercial-based design and planning. My projects range from new construction to renovation. As an Interior Designer, I provide detailed drawings for clients and collaborate with a full architectural team where appropriate.

I graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, followed by an informal apprenticeship with a Vancouver BC Architectural Firm.

I practiced in Vancouver, working with both commercial and residential design firms, and have been running my own practice for over 13 years now while living in Bellingham, Washington.

One of the many things I have to offer is a comprehensive knowledge of several thriving and vibrant design communities, which allows me to offer valuable insights and solutions to local Bellingham clients.

My approach is all about the details! From project conception, I work immersed in a process to uncover your personal style. Then I begin to work with the basic architecture of your space to provide a dynamic and thorough service that brings all of the elements together.

From start to finish, effective communication is key. I ensure regular communication and updates during each phase of the design implementation. By the time the project is complete, your home will be a natural expression of your individuality and flow seamlessly with the built environment you chose to live in.

  • My next step is to develop a comprehensive set of drawings and specifications that align with the design mandate. Then I schedule a meeting with the clients to review this documentation together, ensuring that we are effectively translating their vision into tangible plans and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

  • Throughout the project, I conduct regular on-site meetings to ensure the decisions made during the process align with the design intent. From the overall structure to the selection of furnishings and each detail, every element is thoughtfully curated to embody the design vision.
